🔷FYI – Because this was a spec home, we had both meetings at once. If this was a pre-sale lot, we would have had our pre-construction meeting first and then the pre-drywall meeting.

Having noticed some shortcuts, delays, & bad customer service with some builder representatives (on-site agents & construction managers) lately, I was delighted to have such an informative meeting.
