Especially, if one is looking for upgrades & a basement. Get prepared and be realistic.
✳️Very important point – The price point of the 4 homes released in this video ranged from $352k – $378k. I’ve since seen homes released from this builder for $390k. This is a builder who I have mentioned is one of the lowest-priced builders in Gwinnett.
